Touchbar or not, use Ctrl+[ instead of esc

Wow, that is cool! Although I have no touchbar, my caps-lock is configured as Ctrl-key and Ctrl+[ is much less finger moving than using the regular esc key. A big hug for this @tenderlove (vim since the 1980ies and still learning :D) https://t.co/FXCu0pysoJ
